Week at a glance

In order to hit my 1010 in 2010 goal, I need to log about 35 miles a week through the end of the year. Two weeks ago I was a little short. Last week, I was a few over... YAY! Here is my plan for this week (all while PRAYING for low temps and low humidity)

Monday: Rest
Tuesday: 10 miles
Wednesday: 5 miles
Thursday: 8 miles
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 8 miles
Sunday: 4 miles

    Just be sure not to burn yourself out!! Better less mileage now than hurting yourself and NO mileage later.
