New for the new year

I've decided that in 2011 I'm going to start doing yoga. After a week of running and strength training, I think my body could really use an hour long stretch session.

Plus, these people look really strong!


  1. I love yoga! :) I used to go to a class almost every day when I had a Y membership. Joe is contemplating getting another membership in the new year, so maybe I will too! That class was SOOOOO nice and it relaxed me like none other!

  2. I started doing yoga this past year and love it. I still want to get more consistent with it though.
