Hello all! It has been a little while since I posted. With the holidays coming and going it was very crazy. Not to mention my husband and mother in law's birthdays were shortly after the new year!
I have still been getting my stats done. They have not been what I wanted, but this past week when I had them done, they were at least headed in the right direction. My goal is still to get to 15%BF.
This past Monday I started doing Jamie Eason's Live Fit program. I was able to stick to it and completed week 1. I am still feeling the effects on my legs and my chest. It's a little painful, but the good kind of pain if you know what I mean. I am really excited about this program and think I am going to see amazing results.
In running news... I sent my husband a link to a half marathon I want to do this year and asked him to register me for my birthday. I guess we'll see if I get my wish.
